By accessing or using our Site, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Site and Services

You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or accessibility of the Site.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Orders

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue products without notice.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable). Payment must be made at checkout via our secure payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Free shipping is available for orders over $150 AUD within Australia.

Returns & Refunds

  • Change of Mind: You may return products within 14 days for change of mind, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items may be replaced or refunded as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Services: We do not offer refunds on hair services. If you are not satisfied with your appointment, please contact us within 7 days, and we will reassess to ensure you are happy with the outcome.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

4. Services and Appointments

We provide professional hairdressing and salon services by appointment.

Bookings

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Service Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds for services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days, and we will reassess to make sure you are happy with your appointment.

5. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Must be used before expiry.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, graphics, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of NED.K HAIR or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NED.K HAIR:

  • Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

  • Does not guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

These Terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods or services are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
