Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Australia: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days via Australia Post.
    Orders are processed promptly, and all products will be delivered within 14 days of purchase. If you experience any unexpected delays, you will be notified via email.

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

  • Delivery estimates may be impacted by public holidays, customs checks, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • A flat rate shipping fee may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • If a flat rate is not available, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and current carrier rates.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $150 AUD within Australia.

  • Shipping fees are subject to change without notice, in line with Australia Post or international carrier pricing.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or the relevant international carrier link provided.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@nedkhair.com.

  • We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by Australia Post or international carriers but reported as lost or stolen.

  • Please ensure a safe and secure delivery address when placing your order.
