1. Product Returns & Refunds

2. Services – Appointments & Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on hair services.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We may assess the service and offer an adjustment or correction to ensure your satisfaction.
Appointment Cancellations

Hair appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in the full service fee being charged.
3. Subscription or Bundle Purchases

For product or service bundles, cancellations are not available once the first component has been delivered or redeemed.

Adjustments to upcoming services in a bundle may be considered with adequate notice.
