At NED.K HAIR, we are committed to providing quality products and professional hair services with integrity and transparency. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (NSW).


Products – Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

You may return products for a change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Please choose your products carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nedkhair.com, including:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference and product availability.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

In original condition (unworn/unused)

Sealed, with tags and original packaging intact

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label via Australia Post and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Services (e.g. hair appointments)

Used or opened personal care items

Custom or personalised products

Gift cards or sale items

Hazardous or flammable goods


Services – Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a late cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service fee.

Service Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to reassess your service and provide any adjustments necessary to ensure you are satisfied.


Pre-Orders & Bundles

Once fulfilled and dispatched, pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Bundled products or services cannot be cancelled once any part has been used or dispatched.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service:

Is faulty or unsafe

Is significantly different from its description

Fails to perform as promised


Returns & Refund Process

Email info@nedkhair.com with your order details and reason for return.

If eligible, you’ll receive a return shipping label (Australia Post) and instructions.

Once the return is received and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You will be notified by email once completed.

Note: Banks or card providers may take additional time to process your refund.
